Gillian leads strategic delivery and organizational performance for AI & Robotics at the Ellison Institute of Technology. Responsible for the leadership, operational, and delivery infrastructure required to translate ambitious scientific and technological goals into execution. Partnering with the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team on organizational design, governance, talent strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery across a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning AI, robotics, and frontier research.
