Benji leads the Autonomous Labs. His focus is on accelerating the impact of scientific breakthroughs in the real world.

Before joining EIT, Benji served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey where he led both the Product Development for Medtech/Healthtech and Molecular and Material discovery service lines. He has worked closely with globally leading medical device, technology and energy & materials companies to translate scientific/ clinical breakthroughs to impactful tools and products in the hands of both scientists and clinicians.

Benji holds a PhD in synthetic chemistry from Harvard University with a focus on bioinspired organometallic (e.g., surrogates for nitrogenase/FeMoCo) clusters.
