Hannah Keyser
Hannah Keyser is the Head of Quality at EIT, where she leads the development and delivery of the organisation’s quality function. She is dedicated to building a strong, collaborative quality framework that ensures regulatory compliance and fosters continuous improvement, enhancing services for the benefit of the institute and its partners.
Previously, Hannah worked as a Laboratory and Quality Manager within the NHS, where she implemented and maintained quality management systems aligned with ISO and regulatory standards. She was also responsible for training and developing scientific and technical staff and played a key role in setting strategic objectives for service development.
Hannah is a Chartered Scientist with the UK Science Council, a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Science, and a member of its Quality Specialist Advisory Panel, contributing to best practices in quality management.
In her free time, she enjoys music, Pilates, and hiking with her husband and daughters. The family spends a week each February in the Scottish Highlands, finding it the perfect way to recharge and gain fresh perspectives.

They consist of IT, Science Ops, Finance & Procurement, HR, Communications, Real Estate, Legal Commercial and Compliance. Partnering with colleagues across the Institute, they play a key role in putting in place the policies, systems, and best‑practice processes that supports a world‑class research and innovation organisation.
