Yasmine Aitken is the Student Progression Coordinator for EIT Education & Scholarships. In this role, she is responsible for supporting students throughout their journey, from onboarding to graduation and beyond. As the first point of contact for the student community, alongside the Student Support Manager, Yasmine supports with dispensing scholarship benefits and facilitating student activities and events.

Prior to joining EIT, Yasmine gained valuable experience across various fields within HR, including recruitment,talent development and diversity and inclusion.

Yasmine holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and has completed her level 5 CIPD.Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, knitting and is an avid reader. Her book recommendations include: 'The Mountains Sing' by Nguyễn Phan Quế Mai and 'A Thousand Splendid Suns' by Khaled Hosseini.
