Lucy Hawkins is the Talent Acquisition Team Administrator for EIT, providing vital and seamless support to the Talent team. Her role includes interview scheduling, candidate communication, data management and other projects.

Previously, Lucy has worked in recruitment consultancy, administration and events management. She put her Drama and Theatre Arts degree to good use, enjoying several years as an actor, and also theatre-maker with her own company, in London.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys mountain climbing in the Lake District with her family, listening to (and talking about) Taylor Swift, playing the piano, eating Italian food, and watching films and musicals.
