Chris Nash is a Product Manager in the Applied ML team for AI & Robotics at EIT. In his role, he focuses on developing and guiding AI-driven products and programmes that support EIT’s mission to create meaningful, technology-enabled impact.

Chris’ background is rooted in precision and digital agriculture, with a particular emphasis on sustainable approaches to crop-input reduction. He has led multidisciplinary software and AI initiatives in areas such as plant phenotyping, disease detection, and plant-health monitoring, often integrating diverse sensor technologies with advanced imaging platforms. His experience also spans production agriculture, agricultural commodity value chains, and product-based R&D across seeds, pesticides, and bio-pesticides.

Outside of work, Chris maintains close ties to agriculture through his partner’s mixed-farming background, and he enjoys hiking and experimenting with new recipes.
