Anna-Marie Wilby is Executive Assistantfor the AI & Robotics Institute at EIT, where she provides high-level administrative and operational support within a multidisciplinary research and innovation environment. In her role, she currently supports four VP’s within the AIR team, playing a key part in coordinating team activities, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the AIR programme.

Anna-Marie has over 15 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant and senior administrator, supporting senior leaders across a range of organisations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex workloads, support senior stakeholders, and contribute to organisational efficiency. Her achievements include streamlining administrative processes, supporting high-performing teams, and consistently delivering reliable, detail-focused support in fast-paced environments. She is recognised for her professionalism, adaptability, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Academically, Anna-Marie has developed a strong foundation through her formal education and ongoing professional development. She combines practical experience with a commitment to continuous learning, enabling her to effectively support innovative and evolving teams.

Outside of work, Anna-Marie enjoys horse riding, travelling, and walking, interests that reflect her appreciation for balance, exploration, and the outdoors.
