Ally Cookson is a Business Operations Coordinator at EIT, where she supports cross-functional projects that help build, maintain, and evolve the Institute’s operational infrastructure. She also works closely with the Communications team on strategic and project planning, drawing on both operational and communications expertise to strengthen delivery across teams.

Ally holds an MSc in Global Health Policy from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Aberdeen. This interdisciplinary background in biomedical and political sciences enables her to be flexible, solution-driven, and to apply a broad, systems-level perspective in support of EIT’s mission.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys running, travelling to new countries, and discovering new places in and around Oxford.
