Lucy is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at EIT. She brings over ten years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a strong focus on helping people find opportunities where they can grow and thrive.
Before joining EIT, Lucy worked at Ultromics, where she supported recruitment efforts in line with the company’s mission to advance cardiovascular diagnostics through AI. Her career has also included roles at the University of Oxford and Sensyne Health, where she developed her skills in recruitment coordination and HR operations.
Throughout her career, Lucy has enjoyed working with diverse teams and learning from a range of environments. She’s excited to be part of the EIT community and looks forward to supporting projects that aim to make a positive impact.
