Kate Li is the Programme Administrator for the Ellison Scholars Programme at EIT. In this role, she is dedicated to supporting the set-up and delivery of the scholarship programme, providing administrative assistance across all project areas including but not limited to developing and improving systems and processes, as well as contributing to outreach efforts.
Before joining EIT, Kate gained valuable experience at the Education Development Trust in the UK, where she supported a peer-to-peer school improvement programme for primary and secondary schools. Her role involved coordinating and managing national partnerships, working with over 5,400 leaders across more than 2,000 schools from 60+ local authorities.
Originally from Hong Kong, Kate holds a BSc from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Outside of work, she loves exploring new coffee shops and bakeries and discovering different parts of the UK. The Lake District, with its stunning lakes and mountains, is one of her favourite places.
