Jade Lawrence is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at EIT. Jade is responsible for sourcing and screening talent, assisting with formal interviewing, and consulting with Hiring Managers within the organisation to attract and retain the best talent at EIT. Jade’s previous employment has seen her build Early Talent frameworks in the life science and construction industry. Paired with previous experience within agency, Jade has a keen focus on providing a fantastic end to end experience for all stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
In her spare time, Jade enjoys creating feasts for family and friends, rewatching Harry Potter movies, and reading for pleasure now that she is no longer studying English Literature and Language! You will find her at the monthly Book Club meetings where she will no doubt, have lots to discuss!
