Christopher Gaunt is a Special Projects Manager within the AI and Robotics Institute at EIT where he works across strategy, operations and organisational effectiveness.

He focuses on turning strategic priorities into effective ways of working, building the systems, processes and operating structures that help teams deliver. His work increasingly explores how AI can be embedded into organisational operations, improving how information flows, decisions are made and work moves across teams.

Before joining EIT, Christopher spent more than a decade working in high-growth technology companies and holding leadership roles spanning operations, strategy and organisational development. He brings this experience to supporting in building the operational foundations needed for ambitious scientific and technological organisations to scale.
