Beatrix Fletcher is a Programme Manager in the AI and Robotics Institute at EIT, working primarily on the Autonomous Labs within Applied Partnerships, supporting the delivery of complex programmes that advance scientific discovery and translate research into impact.
Her background spans healthcare and technology, combining frontline clinical experience with leadership in digital transformation and AI delivery. Drawing on experience across both Australian and UK public health systems, academia, and private industry, she has worked at the intersection of clinical practice, research, and commercial design. Her work has included AI deployment at scale, federated AI and interoperability platforms, and national AI evaluations, alongside leading multidisciplinary teams spanning robotic process automation, analytics, transformation delivery, marketing, and operations. She has also established system-disruptive educational routes, supporting new ways of developing capability in emerging technologies.
Her interests include language and semantics, food writing, renovations, and robotic farming. She is actively involved in the advocacy of women’s health, innovation, and women in STEMM.
