Aska is Clinic Operations, Partnership Manager at EIT, where she supports the development and launch of the Institute’s new clinical facility in Oxford. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams across the Institute and serves as a key point of contact for external collaborators.

She is dedicated to driving healthcare innovation, particularly in accelerating the shift towards proactive and preventative care, while ensuring outstanding patient experience.

Prior to EIT, Aska dedicated over a decade to front line and managerial roles across London NHS Trusts, spanning substance use and mental health, research, cancer, transformation, and business management. She is also an accredited Coach Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and first-class honours graduate in Applied Psychology from the University of Kent.  

Aska’s career comes full circle returning to Oxford, where she grew up. She enjoys dog walks with her sidekick, Suki, hosting a good dinner party, and has a passion for wellbeing-led interior design.
