Lottie is the Executive Assistant to Peter Anderson, the Senior Director of Business Operations at EIT and has over 15 years’ experience in C-Suite level support across multiple functions and sectors including the BBC and Amey. In her role she is responsible for providing the highest level of administrational support to enable world class operational support across the business whilst underpinning the Institutes mission and values.
Before joining the Institute she worked for seven years at the Rhodes Trust based within the University of Oxford, bringing together and developing exceptional people from all over the world, and in all fields of study. She is passionate about building connections externally and internally.
Lottie holds a national diploma in Professional Dance and Drama from Northern Ballet School in Manchester, Certificate of HR practices level 3 CIPD from Oxford & Cherwell Valley College and a Diploma in Fitness and Nutrition from the Open University.
Away from work, Lottie enjoys spending time with her family, a variety of sports and activities, regularly participating in local charity events, travelling, the arts and music.
