Cara is the Head of Talent and Reward in the HR function, leading the Talent team and delivering on key remuneration projects. She is a strategic people leader with previous experience scaling high-growth, mission driven organisations while keeping culture and performance at the centre.

Before joining EIT, Cara played a pivotal role in Exscientia’s growth from a 50-person start-up to a global TechBio company that went public and was later acquired by Recursion. She has grown a global People function, and developed initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, EDI and Reward, and brings a passion for aligning talent strategy with innovation to enable sustainable growth.

In her free time, Cara enjoys spending time with her fun-loving toddler, dog walks in the countryside and long-distance running.
