Adithya is a mathematician drawn to the places where numbers meet human stories. Adithya placed first among 1700+ teams in MEI's Ritangle, third in the Economics World Cup, second place nationally in the Purple Comet Math Meet and earned merits in the British Mathematical Olympiad and other national competitions. His academic work extends to research on developing an AI-enabled policy superforecasting system for climate action through the highly selective Non-Trivial Fellowship. He hopes to leverage this quantitative skillset for a positive societal impact.

At Oxford, Adithya hopes to explore mathematical modelling and its intersections with behavioural economics, AI, and public policy, building on his earlier work by using modern LLMs and machine learning to facilitate better institutional decision-making, particularly in the developing world. Equally, he hopes to continue researching quantitative modelling in financial market efficiency. He is particularly interested in contemporary non-linear econometric modelling and in the philosophical foundations of mathematics.

As an interdisciplinary learner, he has written cultural coming-of-age plays performed at the National Theatre and spoken at the Royal Institution on linear algebra in vector embeddings, combining a passion for communication with an analytical background. After delivering TEDx talks on applied philosophy derived from literature and learning quantum cryptography to bridge a cybersecurity internship with work in Oxford's Quantum Club, he has discovered a passion for exploring intersections and isomorphisms spanning vastly different fields.

Outside academics, Adithya is an economic journalist, public speaker, and violinist. He enjoys watching films, practices South Asian meditation, and is always up for a late-night debate.
