Lisa Caparra

Lisa Caparra is a Clinical Associate at the Ellison Clinic at Saint John’s. In this role, she provides quality administrative patient care and support to the providers and clinical team.

Prior to joining the Ellison Institute of Technology, Lisa was a medical assistant and clinical lead for Cedars Sinai Gastroenterology. She worked on various projects focused on improving patient experience, mainstreaming provider workflow, and collaborating with management to strengthen and enhance the foundation and structure of the clinical back office team.

Lisa earned her Medical Assistant Certification from SVAE in San Jose, California and has six years of experience in pediatrics, family, and internal medicine and two years in gastroenterology.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cooking, off-roading, camping and exploring the outdoors with her dobermans and family.
