LaRon Hughes, PhD

LaRon Hughes, PhD is a Biocurator for the Ellison Institute of Technology. In this role, he curates and organizes research data associated with clinical and R&D programs at EIT and is a member of the Computational Biology team.

Previously, LaRon worked in similar roles at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the University of Chicago, Northwestern University, and government agencies.

LaRon received his PhD in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology from Iowa State University. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking.
