Jay Dhillon is the Product Engineering Lead in the Pathogens Programme team here at EIT Oxford. He’s oversees the technical development of the products, co-ordinating teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation.
Previously, Jay was the Principle Platform Engineer at another start-up/scale-up company on the Oxford Science Park. Responsible for the overall platform design, architecture and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security while providing technical leadership and guiding best practices across engineering teams.
Jay is a graduate of the University of Reading where he studied Computer Science and hasn’t stopped learning since.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys playing badminton, squash, going on long walks and hikes when the weather permits, but equally staying home in front of a good TV series.
