Anjali Menon is a Senior Director of Strategy at EIT. She is an experienced strategic advisor who is driven to positively impact lives and livelihoods through sustainable growth and innovation in healthcare.
Previously, Anjali was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where she was a leader in the Life Sciences practice. She led and expanded a team focused on advancing Health Equity in life sciences. She was responsible for developing strategic engagements with biopharma leaders to design new commercial and R&D strategies with the dual mission to drive lasting business growth and drive equitable health outcomes in the US and globally. Anjali also led McKinsey’s partnership with Equitable Breakthroughs in Medicine Development, a first-of-its-kind, multi-stakeholder effort to sustainably improve clinical trial diversity in the U.S.
Prior to McKinsey, Anjali implemented large-scale, randomized controlled trials to evaluate the impact of community health and girls’ education initiatives in Zambia with Innovations for Poverty Action. Anjali holds an AB in Economics and Global Health & Health Policy from Princeton University.
