Ionut Gabriel Stan
Gabriel is a dedicated physicist and mathematician with a deep passion for problem-solving. In 2024, he achieved the highest distinction in international physics competitions, becoming the only student of his generation to win gold medals at the International, European, and Asian Physics Olympiads in the same year.
Beginning with his International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) awarded research on enhanced energy generation, Gabriel's research is focused on exploring energy efficiency and storage, with projects ranging from sustainable power solutions to lithium-ion battery improvement.
Beyond his academic pursuits, Gabriel practices a multitude of sports, including basketball, running, jiu-jitsu, and bouldering. He also loves traveling and occasionally takes part in online poker tournaments.
